The Dover Quartet returns with a new work by Emmy-winning composer Jerod Impichchaachaaha’ Tate. A member of the Chickasaw Nation, Tate incorporates his American Indian culture into his new compositions, which the New York Times describes as “rich, provocative and moving.” The Dover Quartet appears by arrangement with the Curtis Institute of Music, where it serves as the Penelope P. Watkins Ensemble in Residence.
