Tea & Tours | Classically Trained: The Gentlings and Music

May 13 @ 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Activate your senses with Tea & Tours at the Carter. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you feel? Find out what’s new as we explore exhibitions, and then gather in The Lounge for warm tea, tasty treats, and chats among friends!

What do you hear? The music from a harpsicord playing in the gallery. The Gentling brothers are Fort Worth legends known for their creative endeavors and many talents. View a harpsicord constructed by Scott Gentling, his musical composition, costumes the brothers wore, and of course their prolific artworks inspired by classical music.

Free for Carter members, $5 for additional nonmember guests. RSVP by email or call 817.989.5060 by May 6.
