Registration includes Garden admission for the day—we encourage you to explore the Garden after class.
Dive into the sweet world of homemade jams and water-bath canning! This Saturday morning class will provide everything you need to confidently create homemade jams to enjoy all year long.

Instructor: Michelle Cappo is a Master Food Preserver, an Advanced Master Food Safety Advisor and a Master Wellness volunteer affiliated with TAMU’s AgriLife Extension Service in Tarrant County; she is passionate about teaching safe food preservation techniques.
