This one-day course explores fundamental skills in the New Media genre while considering the Modern’s special exhibition, Jonah Freeman + Justin Lowe: Sunset Corridor. The exhibition invites participants to consider New Media methods of artmaking as a means of creating immersive experiences for audiences.

BIG MEDIA is thoughtfully curated by artists Melanie Clemmons and Zak Loyd to create a collaborative learning environment. The intensive course will feature instructor presentations, gallery discussions, and studio activities.
